"Launching straight into lockdowns, marketing a new brand, recruiting and motivating a new team - proved quite challenging, but month by month, it’s been head down and incrementally growing the brand. We’ve learnt so much about the brand by speaking to our community - both online and in our store in Boxpark, Shoreditch. It’s been great hearing your words of support, encouragement, areas of improvement and ideas for what we should do in the future.
Being bootstrapped, I am extremely proud of what our team has been able to achieve with limited resources. Beyond the products, we’ve been able to create a business set for growth, which now allows us to take Nolii to its next phase and build a brand around design to simplify and improve our experiences with tech."
"Turning to the first half of this year, in February we will open the Nolii design studio. A home for our team and an environment to cultivate our design ethos. With this, I am delighted to welcome Joseph Nixon to our team as our Design Manager. Joe brings with him a wealth of experience from designing some award winning products at design brand Black & Blum. We’re keen to host talks and other events at the studio, so keep a lookout for these."
"Product wise, Q1 will bring the launch of our Airpod & Airtag cases with a beautiful, sustainable recycled silicone that we have developed, as well as Phone 13 cases in some new colour combinations with our wallets. We are working hard on an ambitious product roadmap for 2022 and we will be sharing more of the journey by kicking off a Vlog series once we are in our new studio, to give you more insight of what it takes to bring consumer electronics products to market.
